The aim of this website...

is to be an educational site and to promote home grown and produced food. More people than ever desire to grow and produce their own food but don’t know where to begin. This site has been designed to cover as many areas as possible to help you on the road to food self sufficiency. If you are a bit daunted by all the work involved- take heart as the two of us are managing to do so. I have my own Permaculture teaching business and a lot of my time is taken up by that, but I still milk my cow and four goats before I set of for work each day.
