This one day workshop will have making your own Sourdough Bread from start to finish. Also on the day we will be making Sauerkraut, Korean Kimchi and Fruit and Nut Kimchi. These lactic fermented foods are excellent condiments with your cooked meals as they add digestive enzymes and beneficial bacteria to your health. We will also be making a batch of Wine from Fruit in season and this is a very interesting way to get your vitamins! Besides, haven't you earnt it after all the work you've done? Cost is $75 per person and this includes morning tea, lunch, a manual and some sourdough starter. The workshop will be held at the Anglican Church hall, 1 Miva Street, Cooroy, Sunshine Coast.
